What You Will Receive

• Set of customized thank you inserts measuring 4.2" x 5.5"
• The custom inserts will be created with your business information
• Inserts are printed on on permanent glossy or matte vinyl
• Choose a vinyl sticker design either created by you or from the Factorem Ferox Design Studio Catalog here
• This listing is NOT to have a custom vinyl sticker design made (email jennifer@factoremferox.com to inquire about a custom design)
• Back of the insert will be blank, but is not a paper material and has some gloss to it
• Insert cannot be double sided
• It is recommended to write on the back with a permanent marker

How to Order

• Submit complete business information within the listing including a font choice (3rd slide) that will apply to the entire insert.
• If you are providing your own design there will be an ability to upload the design within the listing. Do not email the file.
• You are able to choose the color of the text or icons to match your branding
• Proofs are sent 2-3 business days after purchase.
• Make sure to add jennifer@factoremferox.com to your "safe" email list to avoid missing the proof being sent
• Proof approval must be done within 24 hours. See below the Custom Designs Restocking/No Response Fee
• Make sure to proof read your submissions and the proofs sent. Once the proof is approved the inserts will go to production and cannot be edited.
• If you are wanting the 'thank you so much' as shown on the example please mention that in the notes

Custom Designs Restocking/No Response Fee

For designs that require proof approval there must be a response from the buyer within 24 hours of receiving the proof to guarantee that the order will be completed on time. If no response is given after 24 hours a follow-up email will be sent. If no response is received 24 hours after the 2nd attempt, the order will be completed minus the custom item and the item will be refunded minus 25% of item cost. If custom item is the only purchased item, all money minus 25% will be refunded.

Amount not included in refund will be credited back to customer if customer chooses to repurchase same item with the same details on a future date when they are able to approve proofs within the given timeframe.
