This design is permanently applied on a 14oz stainless steel mug through engraving, guaranteed to bring new life to your favorite drinks.

Processing times for logo mugs is 7-10 business days no matter the current shop processing time as long as the color mug chosen is in stock. If the mug color chosen needs to be ordered, an additional 5 business days will be needed.

What You Will Receive

• 14oz stainless steel mug with your logo design engraved on both sides of the mug
• Plastic lid pictured
• Some mug colors are not always in stock and would need to be ordered at the time of purchase. This will be indicated on the drop down color choice.

How to Purchase

• Must provide an SVG or AI file of your logo 
• Logo image must be black with a transparent background
• If you are unsure if your image will work, please email jennifer@factoremferox.com
• If the file provided is unable to be used without major edits your order will be cancelled and refunded
• If you are wanting edits made to your logo in order for it to be engraved, please email before ordering jennifer@factoremferox.com to receive a quote for the additional work that would need to be done to convert your logo image.
• Proof will be sent 2-3 business days after purchase to confirm size on tumbler and confirm if the tumbler color chosen is being ordered or is on hand.
