What You Will Receive
• 21 stickers per page using customer-provided logo image
• Each sticker is 2.5" x 0.83"
• Logo must be a high-resolution image
• Any portion of your image that is white will not be printed white. Instead it will be negative space. For clear vinyl it will just be the clear vinyl showing instead of white.

How to Order
• Submit image within the listing when ordering
• A proof will be sent 1-2 business days after purchase
• Make sure to add jennifer@factoremferox.com to your "safe" email list to avoid missing the proof being sent
• Proof must be approved within 24 hours. If approval or feedback is not received the the No Response/Restocking Fee may apply. Details of the fee are below.

Due to computer and cell phone screen color differences, colors of physical stickers may look slightly different than what appears on your screen.
Vinyl: The material is waterproof and scratch resistant. Vinyl is permanent adhesive vinyl and is not meant to be removed once applied to a surface.

Custom Designs Restocking/No Response Fee
For designs that require proof approval there must be a response from the buyer within 24 hours of receiving the proof to guarantee that the order will be completed on time. If no response is given after 24 hours a follow-up email will be sent. If no response is received 24 hours after the 2nd attempt, the order will be completed minus the custom item and the item will be refunded minus 25% of item cost. If custom item is the only purchased item, all money minus 25% will be refunded.
Amount not included in refund will be credited back to customer if customer chooses to repurchase same item with the same details on a future date when they are able to approve proofs within the given timeframe.
