What You Will Receive

• 4" x 5" faux wood post-it note holder with pictured design
• Name personalization is made of acrylic and can be customized
• Holder is 1/4" thick
• 90-Page sticky notes in the pictured color. Sticky note color cannot be customized.
• Pen is NOT included

How to Order 

• Submit the name as you would like it to appear
• This is NOT for a saying to be submitted. 
• Choose a font for the name to be in - there is an option for the name to be handlettered which is not a font
• Choose what color you would like the name to be in
• A proof of the name in the chosen font will be emailed from jennifer@factoremferox.com 2-3 business days after purchase.
• If no response is received after 12 hours the proof will be considered approved and no further changes will be accepted.
• Customer is responsible for checking the spelling before purchase
