How to Order

• Once your order is placed, a proof will be sent to you within 2 business days, excluding US Holidays. 
• Proof will be sent from jennifer@factoremferox- add this to your "safe email" list or the email may end up in your spam folder. 
• The proof must be approved within 24hrs. If no response is given within 24hrs another email will be sent as a reminder. If no response is received after the 2nd email, the order will be cancelled and partially refunded. Please see the Custom Designs Restock/No Response Fee policy below.
• Please ensure that you have checked the name being submitted as the buyer is responsible for any misspellings. Errors provided by the customer does not qualify for any kind of refund or replacement.

Canvas Bag Specifics:

• Name to be added will be 10" at the longest length. If this varies for whatever reason, the customer will be made aware when the proof is sent.
• 100% spun polyester fabric
• Bag size: 15″ × 15″ (38.1 × 38.1 cm)
• Capacity: 2.6 US gal (10 l)
• Maximum weight limit: 44lbs (20 kg)

Custom Designs Restocking/No Response Fee

For designs that require proof approval there must be a response from the buyer within 24 hours of receiving the proof to guarantee that the order will be completed on time. If no response is given after 24 hours a follow-up email will be sent. If no response is received 24 hours after the 2nd attempt, the order will be completed minus the custom item and the item will be refunded minus 25% of item cost. If custom item is the only purchased item, all money minus 25% will be refunded.

Amount not included in refund will be credited back to customer if customer chooses to repurchase same item with the same details on a future date when they are able to approve proofs within the given timeframe.
