What You Will Receive

• Your word or name engraved on clear acrylic
• Acrylic is 1/8" and each keychain is 3" long not including the hardware
• Each name/word is hand-lettered
• Engraving is done on the back of the keychain to give a frosted look, the front will be smooth.

After Your Purchase

• Proof will be sent in 1-2 business days after your purchase from jennifer@factoremferox.com
• If no response is given to proof within 12 hours of being sent the proof will be considered approved
• No more than one change will be made after initial proof
